The 2021 MARNET Chouette Vineyard PINOT NOIR, Sonoma Coast AVA was
fermented 100% de-stemmed in a stainless steel open top tank for 15 days before going
to press. The first 5 days were spent cold-soaking, with minimal punch downs.
The Chouette Vineyard is located 1.8 miles East of down Occidental, on Occidental Rd.
It is surrounded by a wealth of organically farmed flowers, vegetables, orchard trees,
Redwoods and some cool, funky chickens.
